Hydration is probably the MOST important nutritional strategy for an athlete. If you are not sure whether or not you are drinking enough during practices or games, weight yourself before (no equipment) and right after (no equipment). If there is a change in weight you have lost water and you will need to TRAIN yourself to drink more.
